Secrets of the Culinary Arts.

A hickory smoked steak is cooked over flaming hickory wood.
A charcoal broiled steak is cooked over flaming charcoal.
A chicken fried steak is cooked over a flaming chicken.

I had to go look up the term chicken fried steak.. never heard it before... I ain't no cook, so that's probably why. But now that i looked, I'm hungry, and am going to have to try it ... sheeesh.. LOL

I just figured that had to be the explanation for it because I didn't think they could teach a chicken to fry a steak.
