Just a ghost

The other morning, having coffee on the back porch, I saw an albino Granddaddy Longlegs wandering across the concrete. Of course I don't really know if it was a Granddaddy or Grandmommy Longlegs, but it was a strange critter when compared with the standard, run-of-the-mill of it's species.

I saw Johnny Winter perform live some years back. That's about the only albino I recall seeing. This was before he got all that artwork on his arms.

Black, white, albino, muave or in between, he was and is a helluva blues guitarist.

AGT, I don't know if he was a granddaddy, but you're right about his music.

We always called those daddy longlegs, too.

Now someone told me what I thought was a daddy longlegs is actually an Opiliones. And the skinny ones in the house are the true spiders.

I'm so confused.
